Baked green beans with soured milk
Wash and clean the green beans in cold water. Cook chopped onion in a saucepan, add the green beans, pour 1 dl hot water and cook until it becomes soft . Remove from the stove top and add the sliced tomatoes, vegetable spices, salt and stir. Whisk the egg whites and add 1 cup of soured milk, pour over the green beans and bake it in a preheated oven.
