Zucchini stuffed with tuna and vegetables

Ingredients:
Zucchini
Leek
Paprika
Tomato
Tuna
Tomato
Salt
Herbs

Directions:

Cut a zucchini in half, lengthwise, and hollow them out . The part that that you removed should be then chopped into cubes. Then add a chopped leek, peppers and tomatoes. Cook all the vegetables for a while and let it cool down for a bit, then add a can of tuna. Cook everything for a few minutes and use this mixture to fill the hollowed out halves of the zucchini. Put tomato slices on top. Bake it in an oven for 20 minutes.
