Risotto with mushrooms

Ingredients:
Mushrooms
Vegetables (peppers, zucchini, eggplant, spinach, chard, cauliflower, broccoli)
Bouillon cube
Brown rice
Salt
Tomato
Herbs

Directions:

Cook one chopped onion, then add the mushrooms and 200-300g of vegetables of your choice. If you want, you can pour some broth into the pan. When the vegetables are cooked, add brown rice and cook it until it softens, add a little oregano, thyme, parsley, potassium salt. You can also add some freshly grated tomato. Mix everything well and pour some water. If you prefer, you can bake it in an oven.
