Oven baked fish with grilled vegetables

Fish optionally (bass, trout, hake, mackerel)
Vegetable optionally
Olive oil
Herbal spices
Potassium salt

Place the fish in aluminium foil and pour some olive oil, arrange slices of lemon over it, add the vegetable seasonings to taste, wrap and place in the oven to bake. Grill the vegetables in a pan, add olive oil and salt. Serve everything with some seasonal salads.
