Chicken rolls with cheese

Ingredients:
Chicken fillets
4 tablespoons of low-fat cheese
1 zucchini
Spices

Directions:

Wash the chicken meat, cut into pieces and season it with herb spices. Wash the zuchini, dice it and add it to a sauce pan with a little garlic and sauté it for a while. Save the juices from the zucchini and then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little lemon juice - this mixture will be used for dipping the chicken rolls. Leave the zucchini to cool down and then add 3-4 tablespoons of low-fat cheese. Put some filling on chicken meat slices and then make a roll. Put the rolls into a pan, pour the mixture made of zucchini juices, olive oil and lemon juice and then bake them in the oven. Serve with a fresh salad.
