Salad with cheese

Ingredients:
½ lettuce
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 tomato
Low fat cheese (150-200g)
1 tablespoon olive oil or flaxseed oil

Directions:
Chop the salad, grate a carrot, dice one tomato and one cucumber and mix it in a bowl, season with olive oil, apple vinegar or lemon juice. Add low-fat cheese.
