Nutrifit smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup of banana
15 almonds
15 almond strawberry / raspberry / blackberry / blueberries or chokeberry
2 tablespoons of chia seed
200 g of spinach
1 cup of water

Directions:
Soak the almonds in cold water for an hour. Rinse the almonds and place in a blender with the other ingredients. If desired, you can add a little cinnamon.
