Moussaka with zucchini

500g minced meat
3 eggs
200 ml of yogurt
1 onion 
1 carrot
1 celery
Salt Thyme


Cook chopped onion, grated carrots and celery in the water, then add minced meat, salt and thyme and stir until the meat becomes brown in color. Stir and remove from the stove top. In another pot arrange zucchini slices ( 3-4 mm thick) - fill in the gaps between the slices with diced zucchini. Put the meat over the zucchini and than put another layer of zucchini on top. In the pot in which you cooked the meat add 1 whole egg and two egg whites, add 200 ml of yogurt and water, and pour this mixture over the meat and zucchini. Bake it in the oven at 200 degrees until the surface becomes brownish. This moussaka can be made with cauliflowers, roasted peppers and other vegetables.
