Moussaka with spinach and rice
Wash, clean and chop the spinach. Steam it. Put 80 grams of rice into another pan and cook it in water. When the rice is cooked, put tomato slices on the bottom of a casserole and then add seasoned rice. Put the steamed spinach on top, and then another layer of sliced tomatoes. Pour some yogurt on top, mixed with one whole egg. Bake in the oven until a yellow "crust" is formed on the top.
